Hi, we purchased 2 Lenox single-zone Mini-Split Heat Pumps 4 years ago. The only maintenance we have had done during this time is the cleaning of the filters every month by ourselves and have had no problems with them. Recently we noticed some black spots inside one of the units and after some investigation discovered that it was mold. We were under the impression that these units were maintenance-free after installation. The public needs to be educated and made aware that regular cleaning of these units is a must if you don’t want to be inhaling dirty air with mold in it. You also have to consider the efficiency of the units and the cost of operating these units if they are not cleaned by a professional on a regular basis, every year or two I am told.

After getting three quotes, checking with the BBB, and speaking to some people that sell these units we decided that Breathe-Clean looked to be our best choice. We made the right decision. The price was reasonable, the work done was professional and the serviceman was very informative answering all questions without hesitation and in a friendly manner. The colour of the water that was in the bucket after the cleaning shocked us, it was black and dirty. We will be using Breathe-clean again as needed and also referring them to our friends and associates.

I am not on social media so I will leave my comments here regarding my appointment on June 2nd. I have been a customer for aprox 4 years.

My first appointment was an excellent experience! They were professional , did an excellent job cleaning my 2 bulk heads, had all the right equipment , including floor Mats and protection that attached to the bulk heads to make sure that no water went anywhere. They were efficient and gave me advice on how to maintain my heat pumps for optimal efficiency.

My second appointment was the same as the first. Consistent and ensuring that nothing was missed and the standards of the service was identical to my first experience.

My 3rd appointment was consistent as well. Timely and excellent service. My last appointment on June 2 , 2021 was excellent as well. This is a company who has high standards in place and has trained their staff to perfection. Friendly, professional, helpful and do a very good job in making sure there is no mold or any other problems with the unit. It is a pleasure to work with this company and you always get what you pay for …great service and a job well done!
