Breathe Clean will not be held responsible for any pre-existing conditions that are not apparent upon visual inspection or during operational check prior to cleaning.
These conditions may include but are not limited to:
INTERIOR UNIT
- worn air flow louver motors or brittle louvers
- condensate pump failure where fitted
Breathe Clean will not accept any responsibility for damage caused by condensate leakage in any post service period.
OUTSIDE COMPRESSOR
The outside compressor is continuously exposed to harsh environments. Due to this sometimes existing electrical and mechanical issues may not appear until after the compressor is re-energized. Breathe Clean is not responsible for any issues or failures electrical or mechanical on the outside compressor. Coils are cleaned without the need to take the unit apart. Cleaner and pressurized water will not be used on end of unit containing valves or electrical connection.
The compressor will not be cleaned if wiring clamps do not meet electrical code.
Pre-Service, the customer will demonstrate the operation of the mini split heat pump.
